- NEW ROADS
- Asphalt Roads
i. Waterproofing expansive soil (prior to construction of the road base)
- Dig a ditch from both sides of the road.
- Place Polypaz I/2 or Polypaz 3/250 waterproofing membranes along the sub-grade.
- Place Polypaz I/2 waterproofing membranes along the ditch side.
- Attach the membranes to each other by torching.
ii. Improve the asphalt adhesion to base

i. Filling Movement Joints
- Prime the Joint walls using Primer 99.
- Place a backer Rod into the joint.
- Fill the joint with Polytar 99H
- EXISTING ROADS
- Asphalt Roads
i. Crack Filling
- Clean the crack
- Fill the crack with Polytar 61 using a machine that keeps the material at a constant temperature of 180–190OC and pumps the material into the crack.
ii. Retard Reflective Cracks
- Clean the joint
- Fill the crack with Polytar 61 using a machine that keeps the material at a constant temperature of 180–190OC and pumps the material into the crack, alternatively, use Polytar 100
- Torch a reinforcing SBS membrane – Polypaz 3/250
- Pave 4-5 cm Asphalt over the membrane.
iv. Extension of an existing Road
Lay Polypaz 3/250 membrane to bridge between the existing and the new asphalt pavement.
iv. Repair over pipe replacement
Lay Polypaz 3/250 membrane over the new pipe and within the asphalt pavement.
- Municipal Roads
i. Filling Holes in existing roads
- Fill the hole with Pazkar's Polymeric Cold asphalt using a simple shovel.
- Compact with a car wheel.
- Concrete Road
i. Filling Movement Joints
- Prime the Joint walls using Primer 99.
- Place a backer Rod into the joint.
- Fill the joint with Polytar 99H.
AIR-PORT RUNWAYS
- Runways Joints and Cracks Filling
- Clean and resize the crack.
- Fill the crack with Polytar 61 using a machine that keeps the material at a constant temperature of 180–190OC and pumps the material into the crack.
- In concrete apron that are exposed to fuel and that are located in extreme climate areas, it is recommended to fill cracks and joints with Polytar 99H.
- Retard Reflective Cracks
- Scarify the surface to a depth of 5cm.
- Torch a reinforcing SBS membrane: Polypaz 3/250.
- Pave with Asphalt.
BOAT DECKS COATING
- Apply an acrylic primer as a first level.
- Coat the Deck with Acrylpaz Super, a decorative acrylic based sealing material.
WALKING TRACKS / SIDEWALKS / PARKING LOTS PROTECTION AND RENEWAL
- Low trafficked asphalt pavement protection
- Repair any potholes that still exist on the surface using a Pazkar's Polymeric Cold Asphalt.
- Fill Cracks with Polytar 100
- Spread Sealpaz over the asphalt pavement with a wide rubber squeegee.
- Playgrounds & recreational surfaces Colored Coating
- Fill Cracks with Polytar 100 / Elastobrush
- Shallow depressions may be filled with Sportpaz
- Spread an acrylic color coating material - Sportpaz over the surface with a wide rubber squeegee
BALL COURTS COLORED COATING
- Fill Cracks with Polytar 100
- Shallow depressions may be filled with Sportpaz
- Spread an acrylic color coating material - Sportpaz over the surface with a wide rubber squeegee
WATERPROOFING SWIMMING POOLS
- Prime the surface with a water-based Primer, Paz Primer 2000
- Spray a bituminous liquid membrane, Elastopaz 2000 over the whole surface (including the inner and the outer surface).
- Cast concrete to the inner side of the swimming pool.
BRIDGE CRACKS COATING
- Prime the surface with Primer GS 474.
- Lay a waterproofing layer of Elastogum 795.
- Torch a reinforcing SBS membrane: Polypaz 3/250
- Pave with Asphalt.
